"UNIT PLAN"

      Unit plan is the same with instructional plan. It has an objective, content, values, learning activities and resources and materials. Unit plan is one of the materials that can help you in terms of motivating your student. without a unit plan, you cannot prepare what topic you are going to discuss or would be the possible activities that you will do in order to catch the interest of your student and in order them to motivate. Because in unit plan, what you want for your learners should be plan so that it perfectly applied to the student.

INSTRUCTIONAL PLANNING

      Instructional planning is to plan a topic for the whole semester or for the whole year. As a teacher, you should know what topic you are going to discuss to your student. First, you should know the objectives, the content, the output, the time-frame, and you should put values in every topic that you are going to discuss. Having a preparation before you start your discussion can give you a confident to discuss them and answer the every question they want to ask you after your lecture. To planning before your discussion is much better, than doing things in actual. Remember, a teacher should always know the topic that he/she wants to discuss.

THE FUNCTION OF LEARNING

These theories are focus about the observation of the teacher to the students in terms of how to appreciate and to motivate the attention of the students.  William Jane, believed that a method of solving or evaluating intellectual educational problems about the kind of knowledge one is capable of acquiring.  This method is capable to knowledge of the student how to progress their talent and how to learn the lesson.

CHARACTERISTIC OF LEARNING

This characteristic of learning gives the students how to think and to manage their own memory to recall the information that they stored in their mind.  This characteristic useful to the learner to make their characteristic improved and share to the other students in terms of ideas.

MEANINGFUL LEARNING THEORY

This theory is all about how the teacher motivated to their student and how to condition their mind to remember the information that they get in their mind.  This meaningful theory gives the students how to make presentation to the learning activities.

TEACHER

As far as I know, teachers are very important in our society because they teach us to be a good model in order to have patience.  One of the characteristic is to have this one.  Patience may occur when the moment they felt pressure in this profession.
 Furthermore being a student teacher was the second parents of us.  They us more were we cannot learn in our home alone. I learned a lot no matter how hard  it is...  Absolutely, "It is better to taste the bitterness of education than to taste the hardship of ignorance".
Living in this world with out them was very complicated, we didn't 

INFORMATION PROCESSING

In slavin process, about information processing, that this kind of information is enter to our memory and our memory will stored all information.
In this way our memory are starting to move for recalling and remembering of all information that enter to our memory and that information will retained to our mind until the time well come, that information are not already use in our memory, it is gone to memory.
